Bridge the Gap to Flawless ManufacturingWhere Metallurgy Meets Decades of Shop-Floor Intuition. Heavy High-Pressure Die Casting, Semi-Solid Rheocasting, and Multi-Axis Machining Engineered for Critical Components.
The Reality of Metal: Beyond the Machine Datasheet
If you have spent twenty years standing in front of high-pressure casting presses during a T0 mold-flow trial, you learn a hard truth: buying a premium machine does not automatically yield a flawless structural casting.
The real engineering advantage comes from controlling thermal gradients inside the steel tooling, gas evacuation velocity through venting channels, and the molecular crystallization window of each alloy system.
At Alumcasting, we do not simply operate equipment assets. We manage a complete precision metal manufacturing ecosystem. From thin-wall EV structural components to high cosmetic aluminum housings, our production system is designed to reduce scrap, improve consistency, and create reliable global supply chains.
Here is how we transform raw alloy materials into mission-critical finished components.
Heavy Scale High-Pressure Die Casting
When engineering oversized structural assemblies such as EV battery trays, motor housings, and industrial brackets, localized wall thinning and thermal shrinkage stresses can become major failure risks.
Our production floor operates full cold-chamber pressure die casting systems anchored by a heavy 5,000-ton casting workcell.
This extreme locking force allows injection of high-fluidity aluminum alloys including A380 and ADC12 under optimized pressure parameters. Each tooling concept is validated through DFM simulation analysis (page deferred — not in Batch 1) before production release.
- 5,000T Force Capacity
- Structural Casting
- Large Scale HPDC

Advanced Semi-Solid Rheocasting (SSM)
Traditional liquid pressure casting faces limitations caused by turbulence, gas entrapment, and heat-treatment sensitivity.
Our engineering team applies Semi-Solid Rheocasting technology (page deferred — not in Batch 1) to create a controlled globular slurry structure before injection.
Using advanced aluminum alloys including A356 (page deferred — not in Batch 1), the semi-solid metal flow produces lower porosity, improved mechanical performance, and compatibility with T6 heat treatment processes (page deferred — not in Batch 1).
- Laminar Metal Flow
- T6 Ready
- Low Porosity Structure

High-Precision CNC Machining Centers
Near-net-shape casting is only the beginning. Critical automotive, medical, and industrial components require precision machining to achieve final assembly accuracy.
Our multi-axis CNC machining workshop (page deferred — not in Batch 1) supports complex geometries through 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis manufacturing platforms.
By using dedicated fixtures, optimized cutting tools, and process-controlled machining parameters, we maintain tight positional accuracy within ±0.01 mm for demanding applications.
- 5 Axis CNC
- ±0.01 mm Accuracy
- Automotive Precision

Industrial Post-Casting Surface Treatments
After precision casting and machining, surface engineering provides the final protection layer against corrosion, wear, and environmental exposure.
Our surface finishing capabilities (page deferred — not in Batch 1) include aluminum anodizing, protective coatings, and specialized treatments for demanding industrial applications.
For lightweight magnesium components, our magnesium processing solutions include advanced Micro-Arc Oxidation (MAO) technology that creates a durable ceramic protective surface.
- Type II Anodizing
- Type III Hard Anodizing
- Magnesium MAO Coating
- 1000+ Hr Salt Spray

Metrology and Testing Infrastructure
In precision manufacturing, an unverified dimension is only a guess. Our quality system integrates inspection directly into the production workflow rather than treating testing as a final checkpoint.
Operating under IATF 16949 quality frameworks, our laboratory utilizes advanced CMM equipment, X-Ray inspection systems, and automated leak testing to validate structural components. The same discipline extends to environmental management, which is why our casting cells run under an ISO 14001 environmental management system.
Critical automotive and EV components including cooling plates, battery housings, and pressure-tight assemblies are verified through dimensional, material, and functional inspection procedures.
- CMM Measurement
- X-Ray Porosity Analysis
- Air Leak Testing
- IATF 16949 System
